Made with milk from certified organic farms in Australia, Lemnos Organic Haloumi is free from artificial flavours and preservatives.Ingredients
Pasteurised Organic Cow’s Milk, Salt, Milk Solids, Rennet (Vegetarian).
Usage Instructions
Slice into 1cm thick pieces. Pan fry or BBQ over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes or until golden on both sides. Rinse Haloumi under running water to remove excess brine.
