Milled into fine semolina then formed into versatile ‘pearls’ of pasta, this traditional Italian style of Pearl CousCous takes 16 minutes to prepare to al dente perfection. Usage Instructions

1. Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil in a saucepan and add 100g of Pearl CousCous. 2. Saute till CousCous turns light brown. Add 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water. 3. Cover and simmer for 16 minutes or until all water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
