Shopper Service Pick Up Orders
If you have placed your order/s at or before 2pm you can collect you order the same day by 8pm. If your order/s are placed after 2pm them your order will be ready for collection the following day.Customer Service
Should you have any difficulties with your order, please feel free to call 08 9356 1540 within 24hours of your delivery. One of our customer service staff will assist you in resolving your problem.Customer service hours are 9am to 5pm
Deliveries
Monday to Friday 10.00am to 2.00pmSame day service is available if we receive your order by 11am.
There are no deliveries Saturday or Sunday.
We are also able to deliver to many country areas by arrangement including Cocos and Christmas Islands. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Service Fees
Full Service - Shopper service fee 9% and delivery charge starting from $7.00Pick Up - Shopper service fee 9% (Customer picks up order)
Delivery only - $7.00 (Customer shops order and we deliver)
Minimum service charge $5
Note all prices are inclusive of GST

On occasion something on your order may be out of stock. Let us know if you would like us to substitute another size or similar product.Delivery

We dispatch orders fortnightly on a Thursday. You will receive your order the next day.
Unless you specify a certain date, we will pick and dispatch your order at the next available opportunity.

Sea Freight to Christmas and Cocos Islands
We can deliver your goods by ship, which can take over a month to get to you. You will need to open an account with Zentners. Their phone number is 9434 5911. They will let you know what their fees are, which would be cheaper than air freight. We charge $20.00 for delivery to Zentners as it is a fairly long drive from our store.
